Guy is a former postdoctoral fellow at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where he led research on betalain biochemistry and metabolic engineering in Prof. Asaph Aharoni’s lab.

Dr. Tal Zeltzer  |  Senior Scientist
Dr. Tal Zeltzer holds a PhD in biotechnology and food engineering, and specializes in fermentation and downstream processes, along with strong background in molecular biology and biochemistry.

Sharon Tsachko-Leibovitch  |  Food Technologist
Sharon is a food engineer who brings many years of experience in the food industry, and she specializes in food-ingredient-related processes.

Nofar Hod |  Scientist
Nofar holds MSc degree in food sciences and plant molecular biology, with strong background in biochemistry and molecular biology.

Steve is an atturney and CPA with 35 years’ of impressive achievements upon managing and advising venture-backed, high-grown companies. Steve is the former CEO of Martek Biosciences, and former chairman of Enzymotec.
