Phytolon seeks a highly motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of marketing and business development worldwide, supporting senior executives and contributing to the company's growth strategy. 

‍Responsibilities:

· Active role in executing the company's Marketing plan:

• Develop and refine marketing materials, including social media content, graphics, presentations, videos, website content, and other visual assets.
• Ensuring alignment of the marketing material with the company's branding and resonates with the target audience.
• Assist in executing conference participation and business events.

· Supporting the Business Development efforts:

• Organize, analyze, and present data pertinent to the business development unit, aiding in informed decision-making processes across the organization.
• Prepare materials to communicate with clients, shareholders, and other stakeholders.

· Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries from marketing- or business-related data analysis, offering insights to drive decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, analytical tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong research capabilities across various platforms, with the ability to gather and synthesize pertinent information for business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Experience in working with cross-regional mindsets, teams, and cultures.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative in addressing challenges.
